THE STORY
Built from the inside out.
Dr. Sidonie Niba began her career as a nurse before earning her Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Southern Nevada and completing a post-doctoral residency at Duke University Health System — one of the most rigorous clinical training programmes in the country.
She went on to earn an MBA and build a career in Medical Affairs, working with pharmaceutical and life sciences organisations across the United States. Along the way she completed Strategy and Innovation training at Harvard Business School and became a Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist.
In 2026 she was named a Forbes Coaches Council member — a recognition of her growing influence as a strategist and leadership voice, not just a clinician.
Parallel to her corporate career, she founded The African Think Tank, built The Nurtured Professional coaching practice, launched BOLO89, and became a career coach at The MSL Academy. The through-line across all of it: building organisations, communities and people that outlive their founders.
